Immensa has been honored with the prestigious Tech Frontier Award in the SME category at Make it in the Emirates 2026, recognizing the company’s leadership in applying advanced technologies and AI-driven solutions to spare parts digitization, digital inventory, and on-demand manufacturing for the energy sector.
Founded and built in the UAE, Immensa is transforming industrial supply chains by enabling companies to shift away from traditional spare parts warehousing toward digitally enabled, on-demand manufacturing. Through its proprietary platform, Immensa360, physical spare parts are converted into digital assets that can be produced locally when needed, reducing lead times, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening supply chain resilience.
The Tech Frontier Award recognizes companies driving measurable impact through advanced technologies, scalable industrial solutions, and sustainable growth. Immensa’s recognition highlights both its pioneering role in Industry 4.0 and the UAE’s emergence as a global hub for advanced industry and next-generation technologies.
At Make it in the Emirates 2026, Immensa co-exhibited alongside PME Energy, showcasing how spare parts digitization and localized manufacturing can support more agile and resilient industrial operations. The company’s growth has been supported through collaboration with national champions such as ADNOC and the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology through the In-Country Value (ICV) program.
This milestone builds on Immensa’s 2025 “Made in the Emirates” certification for advanced manufactured energy spare parts, further reinforcing its commitment to localizing advanced manufacturing and strengthening industrial self-sufficiency in the UAE.
Immensa’s impact is already being realized at scale, with more than 3.7 million parts assessed, over 22,000 digital assets created, and more than $80 million in spare parts digitized. Developed in the UAE, these solutions are now being deployed across the Gulf, Europe, Asia, and North America, reinforcing the country’s role as a driver of industrial innovation.
